I know you are boss, you are rich than us. So we are scared that price of your machine is higher. We do not like it. We do not want to sell high price machine. My job is selling high quality roll forming machine with acceptable price. I find one serious problem during these years. Most clients tell us wrong information of their machines. So price can not meet their requirement. Ted do not want to cheat anyone. So when you tell me your requirements, i will design machine as your requirement. But price is high. The reason is yours. You do not tell me your real requirements. Nothing is free in the world. So you have to understand what you want. So follow my questions.

 

1. Where are you coming from?

Every country has different popular tiles. You should tell us your country. Maybe we have clients in your country, so we can give you some good suggestions.

 

1. What is material of your roll forming machine? Ppgi or gi?

If you do not know what is ppgi or gi, you can find in google. Do not ask me. It is important for machine. Because ppgi machine is cheaper than gi. If you are big boss, you do not care about price, depend on you. Machine for ppgi and machine for gi are different. Price is different.

 

1. Voltage of your city?

Voltage is important for us and you. We must confirm it. Because some countries have different voltage. China is 380V 50Hz 3P. Others can be 414/220V/440V. Remember that do not tell me home using voltage. We need industrial voltage for motor of your machine.

 

1. Thickness of material

It is important,too. Prices are different. 0.3 and 0.6mm can be same. 0.3-0.8mm is expensive than 0.6mm. 1mm is also expensive than 0.8mm. And one interesting thing, 0.18-0.25mm is expensive. So better tell us the real thickness.

 

1. Brand of operate system.

You should know plc. Yes, it is right. But do you know that PLC is only one part of operate system. How about screen? How about frequency transformer? How about the encoder? Plc brand is Taiwan Delta. It does not mean screen and frequency transformer are Taiwan Delta. You must double check with it.

 

1. Suggested parameters of roll forming machine

One country clients have their suggested parameters of roll forming machine. Such as number of stations, they would like 18/22/24 stations. But they just want to pay money for 0 station. So most clients feel that price is so high. Price is not high, ok? No one want to sell high price
